Reshaping Media: Behavior, Not Tools

Michael Arrington is writing about how much the web is stealing television’s marketshare. What I found interesting as I read this is that the large media companies seem to be focusing on the technology, not the behavior of their audience.

YouTube is not the solution. Offering high quality content to people in a way that is easy for them and flexible to their lifestyle is the solution.
