 I think thats true but  you still need to be involved. Not participating or keeping a pulse on what  the communities does with the tools you offer is hardly interactive. They can do that  without you, so what value are you bringing?

One thing that helps to identify those unmet needs is focusing on relevance  -  what matters to whom and why, rather than merely what  happened.</description>
