					<description>I suspect that as soon as the cut downs are completed the paper companies come up with new reasons to raise costs.  It seems to me that their money would be better spent buying a newsprint manufacturer like Kruger or Bowater.  The funny thing is that these presses cannot reduce their cutoff length.  Imagine your notebook paper measuring 8.5&quot;x8&quot; instead of 8.5&quot;x11&quot;.  Advertisers are already up in arms about the rising cost of newspaper ads in a shrinking medium.
