Washington Post Launches Hyperlocal News Site

The Washington Post has launched a hyperlocal website called LoudounExtra.com. The site is:
“…an aggressive online push into hyperlocal journalism, combining traditional reporters and photographers with bloggers, videographers and extensive databases on schools, businesses and churches.”
